Before You Apply

Food vendors at Prevention Fest must meet Alabama Department of Public Health requirements for temporary food events.

Valid Alabama mobile food unit permit or one-day temporary event permit
Current liability insurance (certificate required after approval)
Food handler certification for all on-site staff
Self-contained power or generator (limited on-site electrical)
All food must be prepared and stored per state health code

Fill this out and we will follow up within 3 business days with spot confirmation, fee invoice, and setup details.

Food Vendor Fees: Food truck $75. Premium location (near main stage or entrance) add $25. Spaces are limited and assigned on a first-approved basis. Fee invoice sent after application review.
