Hosting a booth or station at Prevention Fest does not make you an AAF Partner or AWRN member. This form signs you up for this event only.

If you want to become an AWRN Partner, which gives you full access to the Animal Welfare Resource Network platform, email angels@animal-angels.org. Partnership requires a signed NDA and MOU.

Activity Station Selection

How this works: Each partner picks a named activity station from the list below. This is the service you will provide on event day. You get your own named station, visible signage, and a spot in the zone that matches your activity. You are welcome to promote your organization at the same time. If your activity is not on this list, choose "Other" and describe it. Most stations are limited to two partners max, so give us your first, second, and third choices and we will do our best to match you.
